      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Coconut and Lime Cheesecake Balls
  1. - Make cashew meal by placing 125g of cashews into Closed lid and blending for 20 sec/speed 10 or until fine

    - Set aside in seperate bowl

    - Place remaining cashews (125g) and sultanas into Closed lid

    - Blend for 30 sec/speed 10 or until combined

    - Add cashew meal, lime juice and zest to Closed lid

    - Blend for 20 sec/speed 10 or until smooth and combined

    - Remove mixture and place in a bowl 

    - Refrigerate for 2 hours or until mixture is firm and no longer sticky 

    - Roll out into balls 

    - Coat with desiccated coconut 

    - Store in fridge
