      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place watermelon flesh and condensed milk into TM bowl to blend (2 mins, Speed 10).

    2.Add in cream to mix(30 sec/Speed5)

    3. Pour out popsicle base into paper cups until 3/4 full.

    4. Cover each cup with a piece of tin foil, make a slid with a blade on the foil and insert the wooden stick through it.

    5. Place cups in the freezer to set for 2-3 hours

    6. Remove popsicle cups from freezer, remove the tin foil of each cup and add in equal amount of watermelon cubes into each cup.

    7. Cover each cup with the tin foil again and return them back into freeze for 4 hours or logger or until set.

    8. To serve, just peel off the paper cup.
