  • 400 grams condensed milk
  • 2 level tbsp cocoa powder
  • 70 grams Nuts, use a mix or just your favourite
  • 80 grams dessiscated coconut, plus extra to roll balls

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all dry ingredients to bowl and blitz 10 seconds at speed 7. Repeat if you prefer a smoother finish.
  2. Add condensed milk and juice. Mix 20 seconds at speed 5.
  3. Allow to set in the fridge for 30 minutes before rolling heaped teaspoons into balls and coating with the extra coconut.

This recipe for condensed milk on Cookidoo is my go to. Especially at Christmas time when we make lots of these fruit balls, truffles and fudges as gifts.

When making for adults, it's fun to replace the juice with a favourite liquor.
