  • 1-2 teaspoon Linseeds
  • 200 g almond milk (or preferred milk)
  • 1-2 teaspoon chia seeds

    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

  1. 1. Place all ingredients in bowl and blitz for 20 secs on spd 9.

    2. Serve.

    Fluid or strong, both are nutrition, made with drain and solidified yogurt a major smoothie will pack in in the same way upwards of a strong banquet.
