- 3 frozen banana in chunks
- 4 pitted dates
- 40g almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 700ml Almond milk

Recipe's preparation
1. Weigh in Almonds. Add dates. Chop 10 secs/sp 8.
2. Add frozen banana pieces. Blitz 30 secs/sp 7
3. Add almond milk and cinnamon. Blend for 30 secs/sp7
