  • 4 pitted dates
  • 40g almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 700ml Almond milk

  1. 1. Weigh in Almonds. Add dates. Chop 10 secs/sp 8.

  2. 2. Add frozen banana pieces. Blitz 30 secs/sp 7

  3. 3. Add almond milk and cinnamon. Blend for 30 secs/sp7
