Banana & Maca Powder Smoothie

Ingredients

2 portion(s)

  • 80 g almonds
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp Maca powder
  • 6 dates, pitted
  • 2 Frozen Bananas
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence / extract
  • 20 ice cubes
  • 250 g cold water

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Mill almonds for 10 seconds on speed 10.

    2. Add chia, maca powder and dates.

    3. Break bananas ino thirds and add to bowl.

    4. Add ice and water.

    5. Hold MC and blend for approximately 30 seconds on speed 10.

Tip

Add a touch more cold water through the hole in the lid if you have used large bananas and your smoothie is a little thick.  Blend again until desired consistency is reached.
