Bananarama Power Smoothie

  • 2 Frozen Bananas
  • 10 almonds
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp Linseeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of ground cardamon
  • 2 medjool dates (pitted)
  • 400g Almond milk

Recipe's preparation

    Bananarama Power Smoothie
  1. * Place almonds, sesame seeds & linseeds into TM bowl & blitz for 20 seconds on speed 10. (you now have freshly ground LSA!)

    *  Add the remaining ingredients & process 1 minute on speed 8.
