Ingredients

1 litre(s)

Berry and Banana Breakfast Smoothie

  • 200 grams frozen fruit, (Equal mixture of frozen grapes, frozen sliced strawberries, frozen blackberries and frozen blueberries)
  • 700 grams Milk
  • 2 teaspoons almond meal, (Optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence, (Optional)
  • 30 grams frozen banana

Recipe's preparation

    Berry and Banana Breakfast Smoothie
  1. Place frozen fruit, 300g of milk, frozen banana, vanilla essence and almond meal in bowl. (This is only 300g of milk, not the full 700g).
  2. Blend for 25 seconds on speed 6. The mixture will be quite thick.
  3. Place the mixture into two 500mL smoothie cups with lids. (The cups will not be full)
  4. Top up the cups with the additional milk.
  5. Place the lids on the cups and shake them until the mixture belnds together.

Tip

Don't forget to shake the smoothie before drinking it! This can be stored in the fridge for three days. It is also great for breakfast, as it is quite filling and yummy and healthy! If you like this recipe or have any cool variations, please comment below! 😀
