Berry breakfast smoothie

Ingredients

2 portion(s)

  • 80 g organic rolled oats
  • 10-20 g raw cane sugar
  • 150 g blueberries, frozen
  • 250 g Milk
  • 100 g ice cubes
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place oats and sugar into the mixing bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 9.

  2. Place remaining ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix 30 sec/speed 8. Serve while cold.

    Made this for breakfast this morning with frozen strawberry's and it was delicious! I kept to the recipie in regards to the milk as i like them a little thicker, will be doing this one again tmrc_emoticons.)

    Very nice tmrc_emoticons.) I used raw honey instead of sugar and also i found it needed a bit more milk to make it thinner and easy to drink. It was a hit in our house and my son had two cups tmrc_emoticons.)
