  • 250 grams Milk

Recipe's preparation

    Banana Berry Smoothie
  1. 1. Place all fruit, yoghurt, milk and honey into the bowl blend for 30 to 40 secs on speed 4 or until smooth and creamy.

    Pour into tall glasses

Tip

You can use frozen berries if you can't get fresh, no need to thaw, you can also add a tablespoon of wheat germ for extra fibre

    Very tasty! I halved the quantities and left out the berries. Still very nice and just enough for one - two people.
