- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 ice cubes
- 30 g spinach
- 1 teaspoon rice malt syrup or sweetener of choice
- 1 teaspoon supergreens powder (optional)
- 250 g Unsweetened almond milk

Place all the ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and blitz
2 mins/speed 9. Drink and enjoy.

So glad I found this recipe. I've been making it every day for breakfast which carries me well into the day without hunger pangs. First time I made it I used 1tbsp of raw honey, but now I add 2 dates instead. One time I even put 1tbsp of liquid coffee in it and boy was it delicious.

Yum! I didn't have enough almond milk so I topped it up with A2 milk. Also used beebiotic honey as the sweetener. Thanks for a great recipe!
