Christmas in July Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

2 portion(s)

  • 30 g dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cloves
  • Zest of an orange
  • 400 g Milk

Recipe's preparation

    METHOD
  1. Add chocolate to the bowl.  If using a block break into pieces and mill on Speed 9 for 10 seconds.  Break cinnamon stick in half.  Add all remaining ingredients.  Cook at 80 degrees/ Speed 3/ 6 minutes.  Strain through TM basket.  Return to bowl and froth on Speed 8 for 20 seconds.
