Coffee syrup

  • 250 g sugar
  • 50 g Moccona coffee, I use Decaf
  • 500 g water
  • 10 g vanilla extract
Add to shopping list

Recipe's preparation

    Place into bowl:
  1. Sugar, coffee granules, water.
    14 min, 100°, Speed 2Counter-clockwise operation

    Add vanilla essence
    10 sec, speed 2

    store in clean bottles

This can be morphed into Kailua/Tia Maria clone by adding spirits of choice
