Ingredients

1 portion(s)

  • 1 --- Juicing apple - skin on, Organic is best
  • 2 Organic oranges - skin off
  • 1 piece organic ginger
  • 1 dash water, for consistency

Recipe's preparation

    Cold and Flu Fighter Juice

  1. Peel garlic and pulverise, speed 10 approx 3 seconds

    Add Apple, speed 10 approx 10 seconds. Scrape down sides and repeat until a mashed consistency

    Add oranges, speed 10, 30 seconds or up to 4 minutes until desired consistency achieved. Pause and scrape down sides as required.

    Once perfect consistency reached, add a dash of water, woosh once more, and serve.

Tip

Add other herbs such as licorice root, echinacia etc as required to fight infection.

    I 'roughly' peeled it. Lots of goodness in the skin but like you, I don't want skin floating around. The more you blitz it the less you notice.
