- 1 banana, (large and can be frozen chunks)
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
- 2 Dates (pitted)
- 300 grams natural yogurt
- 1 level tablespoon Coconut Oil or Ghee

Recipe's preparation
1. Add all the ingredients into the TM bowl and blend for 1 minute on speed 10.
2. Serve in a tall glass and enjoy as a cooling breakfast or afternoon snack.
