    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. Put all ingredients into Closed lid on speed 7 for 10 seconds and then turn to speed 10 for a further minute or until all contents are all blended well......serve immediately.

     

    Texture is thick and creamy.  To make it more liquidy just add more milk.  I love it creamy and thick for breakfast.

Tip

I peel and freeze bananas and place in plastic bags ready for use.  

 

I quite often add a couple of sprinkles of tumeric, ginger and cinnamon powder for extra health benefits.
