  • 100 g frozen mango cubes
  • 100 g Frozen Strawberries
  • 100 g celery, rough chopped
  • 50 g spinach
  • 1 stalk kale, raw, stalk removed
  • 130 g Cucumber, roughly chopped
  • 100 g lemon flesh only, 1 lemon
  • 400 g coconut water, or filted water

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

    Fantastic! Thanks! I used water not coconut water. I would've preferred it a little more sweet. I like one user's idea of adding dates, or for less calories a teaspoon of stevia next time will do the trick. Great recipe!

    I really liked  this! My partner not so much cause the celery was pretty strong in it.. Oh well more for me yum .. Might try orange instead of lemon next time
