Flu Fighter Immune Builder

  • 20 g cinnamon pieces
  • 1 whole lemon, peel removed (100g)
  • 4 Kiwi Fruit, peel removed (200g)
  • 1 carrot, cut into 4 pieces (100g)
  • 40 g Manuka honey
  • 100 g apple cider vinegar
  • 15 g ginger
  • 300 g water

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

  1. 1. Place cinnamon in Thermomix bowl and mill for 15 - 20 seconds / speed 8

    2. Add lemon, kiwi fruit, carrot, manuka honey, apple cider vinegar and ginger and blitz for 30 seconds / speed 9

    3. Add water and blitz for 1 minute / speed 10

    4. Strain through cheesecloth or a nut milk bag and store in sterilised jars in the fridge

    5. Mix 1 part flu fighter with 1 part water (or more diluted if required)
