- 1-2 Madjool Date
- 10 grams Maple syrup
- 10 grams macadamia nuts
- 1 teaspoon Cacao
- 1 teaspoon Protein Powder, optional
- 250 grams Milk of choice
- 2 ice cubes
- cinnamon, garnish

Add all the ingredients to the Thermomix bowl and mix,
30 Sec / Speed 6.
Pour into a glass and sprinkle cinnamon on top to serve.
