Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation
Chop Chocolate 10secs/p 6. Scrape down.
Add other ingredients and stir 20secs/Sp 5.
Divide between 4 jars
Add milk and 4 Tbsp chocolate mix to your Thermomix. Warm 4mins/70 degrees/Sp 3 until combined and slightly thickened. Divide between 2 mugs.

Tip
This can be stored in a clean jar until required. If gifting this and your receiver does not have a Thermomix, the milk can be warmed on the stove and the powder added while stirring with a whisk. Simmer until thickened and warmed through.
For a Chilli Hot Chocolate, add a Tbsp of ground chilli flakes to the recipe for a subtle chilli kick. Of course you can add more chilli if you choose.
