Ingredients

2 portion(s)

  • .5 --- instant coffee, Measure cap
  • 50 g sugar
  • 100 g Milk
  • 400 g ice cubes

Recipe's preparation

  1. Take half measuring cup of instant coffee and sugar and grind at speed 9 for 20 seconds in a VERY DRY Closed lid.

  2. Add milk and ice cubes.  Grind for 4 minutes at speed 6 or 7.

  3. Serve in tall glasses with a long spoon and straw on a hot day.

Tip

The longer you blend the ice and milk, the runnier the drink.  I prefer mine to be an icey drink, that you need both a spoon and a straw.  Short blend time makes it more of a iced desert.

    Tatses great but was like eating fluff.....lots of burbing followed
