      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Hot Chocolate Powder
  1. 1. Add sugar to Thermomix; millDough mode 8 sec/sp9.

    2. Add chocolate (broken into pieces); millDough mode 8 sec/sp9.


    3. Add Cocoa; mix 5 sec/sp3.


    4. Store mix in an airtight container.


    ***To make a hot drink - place 4-8 heaped teaspoons (depending on prefernce of taste and how you like it) of Hot Chocolate Powder in a mug of warmed milk. The milk can be warmed using the steamer on a coffee machine or in the microwave.

Tip

Use cadbury milk chocolate 

 

Don't overmix the chocolate mix as it will melt and you want it to remain as a powder

    Absolutely gorgeous! Very decadent. I love it sprinkled on top of my cappuccinos but is simply awesome as an iced chocolate. Thanks for an awesome recipe
