Recipe's preparation

  1. Put the butterfly into the thermomix. Break eggs in, whisk on speed 4 for 10 seconds.

  2. Add cream, condensed milk, chocolate topping and coconut essence. Whisk on speed 4 for 10 seconds.

  3. Add whiskey and mix on speed 2 for 10 seconds.

  4. Pour into a 1L bottle and regrigerate, and drink what's left as a taste test!

    Very sweet and didnt have any whiskey which i think it needed, so will try again when i get some. But think it will be good to use in fudge or cakes etc.
