    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Ingredients:
  1. 1 cup almond milk
    2/3 cup frozen strawberries
    1 Tbsp flax oil or olive oil
    1 raw egg
    2 Scoops vanilla pea protein
    pinch of sea salt
    1 Tbsp peanut butter (optional but so good)
  2. Directions
  3. Blend all the ingredients for 10 seconds on speed 10 or until creamy. Double the recipe if making for more than one.

Tip

** I like to add something to chew to my smoothies so I topped mine with blueberries but homemade muesli or coconut is also great.
