Mango Magic Smoothie

Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 200 grams mango, (Fresh or Tinned)
  • 60 grams orange juice
  • 70 grams Natural Plain Yogurt, (Thick style)
  • 6 cubes Milk, (Ice Cubes)

Recipe's preparation

    Smoothie
  1. Place all ingredients into TM bowl and mix for 1- 2 minutes on speed 9 or untll smooth.

Tip

If you don't have frozen milk ice cubes on hand, swap with 125mls of fresh milk and 6 water ice cubes.

I used low fat yogurt and skim milk for this but you can use whatever content you prefer.

    Miss 16 LOVES Mango. I used frozen mango instead of fresh and used 115g of milk and 6 ice cubes. I would have posted a photo, but it was swiped out of my hands and consumed before I got a chance to get my phone tmrc_emoticons.) Thumbs up from Miss 16 - thank you for uploading.
