- 300 grams Milk, cows, rice, soy or almond
- 1 banana
- 10 almonds
- 4 dates
- 50 grams dried muesli or oats
- handful of ice
Put all ingrediants into the TM bowl and blend for 1 minute on speed 8. Pour into a glass and enjoy on the way out the door
