Ingredients

Smoothie . . .

  • 1 Pear
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 spinach, (Handful)
  • 3 tbsp rolled oats, (Gluten Free)
  • 1 tbsp almonds
  • 250 grams coconut water

Recipe's preparation

    On The Run Smoothie
  1. 1. Add all ingredients to Closed lid


    2. Combine speed 10 for 1 minute 


    3. Serve and Enjoy

Tip

Prepare ahead! Make up ziplock bags with all ingredients - minus the bananas and coconut water - then write on the front of the bags what needs to be added 

Peel bananas before freezing 

If you don't have oats or for a super kick - substitue quinoa flakes
