- 50 grams frozen mango
- 1 frozen banana
- 20 grams walnuts
- 200 grams chilled water
- 15 grams Protein Powder

Combine all ingredients into TM bowl and combine on speed 9 for 30 seconds or until desired consistency is achieved

I used chocolate protein powder but any flavour would work.
