Protein Banana Shake

Protein Shake

  • 1 banana
  • 200 grams Milk
  • 200 grams ice
  • 50 grams Peanut Butter
  • 10 grams cocoa
  • 5 grams vanilla extract

Recipe's preparation

    Protein Shake
  1. Put all ingredients in TM and blend for 30 seconds on speed 9

    Pour into cup or mason jar and serve immediately.



For dairy free options, subsitute milk for alternatives, such as almond, rice or ancient grains milk.
