If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Place all powder ingredients into mixing bowl mill 20 sec/sp10
2. Place in a airtight jar or container.
1. Add milk to bowl, approx 1 cup per serve (depends on the size of your cup/latte glass/mug) and add 2 heaped teaspoons of the chai latte mix per serving you are making. (depending on size of mug/glass)
2. Heat milk for 5 mins/80°c/sp3
3. To froth the milk, gradually turning speed up, for 25 secs/sp8.
Serve in glass or mug
