Super Yummy Breakfast Smoothie Family Size

Ingredients

  • 125 grams rolled oats
  • 40 grams chia seeds
  • 8-12 ice cubes
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 1 level tablespoon Maca powder
  • 800 grams Milk

Recipe's preparation

  1. Weigh oats and chia seeds into TM bowl. Blitz on speed 10 for 20-30 seconds until fine powder. 

    Add all other ingredients and mix on speed 10 for 1 minute. Add more milk if too thick.

    Pour into mason jars and serve with a straw.

    Honey can be added to sweeten if your family prefers.

Tip

Any type of fresh or frozen fruit can be added or substituted. This is just our basic recipe. Greens such as spinach or kale can also be added. 

This recipe will keep you or the kids full for hours.

It makes for a quick and convenient school morning breakfast. For families on the run it could be popped into a squeeze pouch and consumed in the car.
