- 1 onion
- 2 clove garlic
- bunch fresh parsley
- 15 g olive oil
- 190 g Chilli Tuna, (2 x 95g chilli tuna. see tips *)
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 1/3 -1/2 cup of Black Olives
- 20 g tomato paste
- Salt & Pepper to tasta
- 1-2 Zucchini (peeled in spaghetti strips)

Recipe's preparation
1. Place onion, garlic and parsley in bowl. Chop for 3 secs on speed 7.
2. Scrape down sides. Add in oil and saute for 2-3 mins, 100C on speed 1.
3. Add Tuna and saute for 2 mins. Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste and olives and cook for 5 mins, Reverse, 100C and speed 1.
4. Add in zucchini on reverse, 100C and speed 1. (see tips)
5. Serve.

Tip
* If you are after a milder flavor, then you can combine 1 x 95g chilli tuna with 1 x 95g plain tuna.
*You can steam the zucchini whilst you are cooking the sauce as well.
