Fish Patties
- 500 g water
- 2 potatoes
- 410 g salmon or tuna
- .5 onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon corriander, fresh
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe's preparation
- pour water in to bowl
- place steaming basket with potatoes into the bowl
- cook for 20-25min, Varoma, sp3
- remove steaming basket and discard water
- place onion, and corriander into the bowl
- chop for 6sec, sp5
- add the remaining ingredients including the cooked potato
- mix for 20sec, sp4 until combined
- with wet hands roll in to patties and pan fry. can be rolled in plain flour first if you like. great to leave in the fridge in patty shapes until ready to cook, keeps them together better.
