Recipe's preparation
- Wash and chop brocolli and carrot, trim green beans.

Fill TMX bowl with water 1L of water and add coconut milk. Place rice in TM basket, rinse and insert into TMX bowl. Place chopped veggies in Varoma dish and set on top of TMX bowl. Cook on Varoma/5min/Sp2.
Whilst rice and veggies are cooking, wet baking paper and scrunch, place on Varoma tray and add fish with marinade and chilli flakes on top of fish.
Once 5mins is up, add Tray to Varoma with fish and set to Varoma/15min/Sp2.
- Cooking time may vary depending on what fish you use or how much veggies or rice you add. Check on rice after 10 mins, if cooked remove TM basket. Use fish marinade to flavour rice and vegetables if you like.

This was incredible! 🤤🤤🤤. So quick and easy. I did a full tin of coconut milk and around 900ml of water with 250gm rice. I also used a lot of whiting which covered the whole Varoma tray, also meaning I doubled everything else. I cooked it for 20 minutes and everything came out perfectly cooked. Thanks for a delicious and healthy recipe!

Yummy yum yum. Made it for the first time tonight. So easy and so very tasty. I added a whole can of coconut cream too. I used barramundi fillets and they needed an extra 10 minutes and it was done to perfection. Even my partner who wouldn't care if he ate toast every night said how good was that. Thanks for the recipe. 👍

Delicious salmon recipe with some Asian influences. Usually I find steamed salmon on its own a little bland so this was a great way for me to enjoy fish with flavour. Will make again for sure.

I loved the rice, thank you so much! And thanks for your comments ladies, I also used 200 grams of rice, and a full tin of coconut cream with a reduced amount of water - much better amount
I wasn't a fan of the fish, I found it a bit bland - generously sprinkling finely sliced green shallots and coriander leaves over the fish before serving helped a bit.
Will definitely use the rice recipe again though - so simple and flavoursome!

Easy, Healthy and Super Tasty.
I substituted the Soy for Tamari and also the Brown Sugar for Coconut Sugar, personally just to refine the ingredients for us and to try this out. Loved it! It was very easy, fast, tasty and healthy dinner option, which my husband and 17month old all enjoyed. Thankyou

Have made this dish at least
Have made this dish at least five times sometimes with this marinade and other times with my own creation. My sons love it and ask when we are going to have it. I don't cook the rice every time but it does need a full can of coconut milk to flavour it. Use bass each time and it takes about 25 mins to cook.

OMG! Awesome easy meal will be a regular. I used a full can of coconut milk and 200gm rice, used 4 basa fillets will do more next time.
Very tasty and easy to make.
Very tasty and easy to make. Couldn't get basa fish so used salmon instead, used a full can of coconut milk (400g) with only 1100ml of water, and put in about 250g rice as I thought 80g sounded way too little. Next time will probably use closer to 160g of rice, but was still very tasty. Will definitely be a go-to easy and healthy fish meal. Love the all-in-one cooking, too!

Enjoyable fish and vegetables. Easy to prepare. Didn't add coconut milk so increased water to 500g. Husband enjoyed it while 2.5yo wasn't so keen. Will make again.

Awesome flavour, thank you for sharing.
Did your vegetables end up covered in coconut milk froth? Does anybody have any suggestions on how I can avoid this? On a positive side the coconut flavoured vegetables were delicious.
hi is it actually 80gm rice?

still very new to this....
the meal was tasty, especially the fish (I used fresh barramundi) but I was a little put off by the cooking times, obviously everyone has their own taste, the odd part for me was that after the first 5 mins the machine hadn't even come up to varoma temp so I gave it another 5 before I put the varoma on top and then just did 10 instead of 15 with vege and fish. My fish was cooked to perfection after 10 minutes but both veg and rice were overdone for me, so I guess next time I'd be putting the varoma tray on before the machine reaches varoma temp???

Recipe worked very well, great instructions for newbie.
Used TMX to mix marinade. Used a bit of extra time to cook everything. A little bit extra over portions for 2 moderate eaters. Would try to add a bit of extra flavour to coconut rice next time.

This is a really easy and tasty dish. I found the rice cooked after 10 minutes after putting the fish on. I took the rice out and the rest were cooked 5 minutes later. Great advice when one part is cooked when the others need more time.
