This was yummy, thanks for posting.
I did add carrots and zuchinni as suggested also added shallots. I also boiled the pasta (used buckwheat pasta) separately as I wasn't confident it will cook properly and I thought I may chop it. I made up a crumb for the top, Almond flour, ghee, garlic and herb salt. baked in the oven.

Great thanks! I added carrot, zuchinni, broccoli to this recipe (great for hiding veg) and cooked pasta in ThrmoServer.

Quite tasty, nice to find a dairy free version for my son and i. the pasta i cooked for a few minutes longer, i used gluten free (san remo) pasta & gluten free plain flour.   I also used a vegetable stock cube instead of the mustard to keep it more kid friendly but will definately try it with mustard for myself next time.  tmrc_emoticons.)

nice! With the ingredients i had on-hand, my recipe ended up being..

Garlic, onion, Rice-bran oil, spelt four (ended up doubling it-i like a thick mornay), bonsoy milk / beef stock mix instead of rice milk. Dijon mustard, peas and chicken instead of tuna.

I also used spelt pasta (not 300gms though) and cooked for the whole lot for 17 mins as directed and came out really good-creamy, rich and delicious!

  • Not sure about the soft speed

Submitted by Jodie Connors on 13. June 2012 - 13:36.

Not sure about the soft speed setting in reverse on this one (still very much a novice only got my thermomix a week ago) but didn't seem to mix all the ingrediants very well or cook the frozen ingrediants. Also the last step needs to say "If using pasta cook first separately for 15 to 17 minutes" for those of us that aren't sure of the capablities of our thermomixes. But sure with a bit of tweaking this could be a great recipe - especially for those of us with allergies. Thanks for sharing.
