Ingredients

Tuna Mornay

  • 180 grams Matured cheese
  • 45 grams plain flour
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 1 heaped tsp djon mustard
  • 1 heaped tsp Vegetable stock paste
  • 500 grams Milk
  • 2 x 185 cans tuna
  • 1 cans Creamed Corn
  • 150 grams Extra grated cheese

Recipe's preparation

    Add cubed cheese and grate
  1. Add 180 grams of cheese cut into cubes
    grate 5 seconds speed 8
  2. Add, flour, mustard, salt and milk to Bowl
    cook 7 minutes, 90 degrees speed 4, mc on
  3. Add drained tuna, creamed corn and mix with spatula until combined. Cook for a further 5 minutes 90 degree speed soft reverse.

    top with remaining grated cheese and add to cob loaf or serve with mashed potato bake till cheese is golden and mornay bubbles
