  • 1 tbls Milk
  • 35g breadcrumbs
  • 700g Beef mince, Can use veal or pork also
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • Cracked Pepper to taste
  • 1tsp vegi stock
  • 12 Baby bocconcini
  • 2tbls oil, olive, extra virgin
  • 800g canned diced tomatoes
  • 1tsp caster sugar
  • 2tsp red wine vinegar
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven 240deg
    put milk & breadcrumbs n bowl 5sec - speed 4.5
    add mince,pepper,stock paste,half the garlic
    20sec - speed 6.5
    make into 12 meatballs & stuff with bocconcini
    place oil & meatballs in tray
    cook for 13min
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
    serve with rice
