This was so delicious! The only thing I did differently was omit parsley and mint because I didn't have any, and once I had finished cooking it I added the chicken to the bowl and shredded it then mixed it through the rice. The recipe makes heaps too. Yum!

    Awesome flavours!

Made this for my family in lieu of standard fried rice. Substituted a fair bit of veges for what I had on hand. It was beyond delicious (despite substitutions) and will definitely be making a regular appearance on our menu. Thanks for a great recipe  tmrc_emoticons.D

Great recipe. My husband requested a healthy meal. So I made this! Loved using my multi layer cooking. i don't usually eat bacon. But it ended up being very fine. the finish flavor was delicious. I had seconds as did hubby. Also I served it to my 10month old and she demolished it!! Thank you!

Thanks for this!  I had different vegetables (what I had at hand), and only dried herbs, but it still came out great.  We spashed a little extra Tamari on at the end instead of fish sauce, but thats our taste tmrc_emoticons.-).  Now I have to figure out how to make more of it because everyone was asking for more!!!
