Boscaiola Sauce
- 1 clove garlic

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Place pasta into Thermoserver, add boiling water, place lid on and set aside. This will cook in the Thermoserver whilst you are preparing the sauce.
Add garlic, shallots and bacon into bowl.
"Closed lid" press turbo 1-2 times for 1 sec.
Add oil and saute. 3min/100°/sp2.
Place butterfly in the TM bowl.
Add chicken breast, mushrooms, cream, stock and wine.
Cook, 20min/100°/"Counter-clockwise operation" /sp2.

Tip
~ Sprinkle parmesan cheese on finished dish of desired.
~ Vegetable stock can be used in place of chicken stock.
~ Half cream and half sour cream can be used for a lighter suace.
