  • 1 tablespoon seeded mustard
  • 5 tablespoons whole cranberry sauce
  • 4 piece proscuitto
  • 1/2 cups cornflakes, crumbed

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1 mince the chicken by using turbo 3-4 times

    2 add egg, cornflakes, mustard and 2 heaped tablespoons of cranberry sauce mix until well combined about 10secs on speed 6

    3 pour out onto a piece of baking paper spread out into rectangle shape about 3cm thick. Spread on rest of cranberry sauce over chicken mix

    4 using paper, roll chicken meat over to creat a log shape loaf. Lay out the prosciutto and roll loaf bake over it so that it wraps around the round loaf.

    5 lightly grease the top varoma dish gently place the loaf onto the dish and steam 45 minutes on varoma.

    (at 16 minutesto go  i added a basket of rice and at 6 minutes to go I addded strips of zucchini and carrot arounf the loaf)

    Made this for dinner tonight. Has been on my to do list for so long. Absolutely delicious. Even my fussy child went back for seconds. 

    I didn't have any proscuitto, so just popped it in a Pyrex dish then into the Varoma dish to steam. 

    Will become a regular in our household.
