      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Made these last night as I couldn't get dumplings in the shops and my daughter just returned from Canada and is in self-isolation. I had to improvise a little and so used some cabbage and black bean sauce because that is what I had. Also, no ginger since daughter and hubby don't like it. So easy to make and will definitely make this again. Thank you for the recipe.

I used the square wrappers and learnt to fold via a google search. My children love these. I half the amount of ginger for them. I also use half chicken breast and half chicken thigh fillets, sometimes I just use pork fillet

This one should be fine to make in a TM31, I have only ever done it in my TM5 but as long as your water does not exceed the maximum fill line you should have no problems.

Why can't you make it in the TM31? What is the safety issue. Can recipe be altered for 31?  It sounds so yummy.
