Chicken Sausage Nuggets

Ingredients

8 portion(s)

  • 374 g boneless skinless chicken, cubed
  • 1 medium onion, peeled and halved
  • 1 Handful parsley
  • 1/2 tablespoon chicken or veggie stock
  • 1 large apple, quartered
  • 2 tablespoon fresh breadcrumbs
  • plain flour, for coating
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil, for frying

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put chicken, onion, parsley, stock, apple and breadcrumbs in TM bowl.

  2. chop on speed 7 for 7 seconds

  3. Form mixture into saugsages or nuggets

  4. Spread flour on a plate and use to coat sausagegs

  5. Heat oil in a pan. Add sausages and saute for 15 minutes, turning occasionally until browned on all sides.
