- 2 Hard boiled eggs, peeled and halved

- 2 Roma tomatoes, quartered
- 1/2 cucumber, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons whole egg mayonnaise
Chilli
- 1 brown onion, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1/2 red capsicum, roughly chopped
- 2 bacon rashers (short cut), roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 750 g Beef mince
- 200 g Sweet chilli sauce
- 125 g hot chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp Mexican Chilli Powder
- 400 g corn kernels, drained
- 400 g red kidney beans

Recipe's preparation
Add all salad ingredients except mayonnaise and chop 5 sec speed 4
Add mayonnaise and combine 10 sec
speed 2
Set aside
Clean and dry bowl
Add brown onion, red capsicum and bacon rashers to bowl. chop for 5 seconds, speed 4
Add oil and saute for 3.5m, varoma,
, speed 1
Add mince and saute for 3.5m, varoma,
, speed 1
Add sweet chilli sauce, hot chilli sauce and chilli powder and cook 20minutes, 100 degrees,
speed 1
Add drained corn and kidney beans and heat through for 4 minutes 100 degrees,
speed 1
Serve with tacos or wraps with salad.
Sour cream and grated cheese and extra chilli can be used for additional toppings
