Chicken Stir Fry with Hokkein Noodles
- 400 gram chicken breast, cubed
- 1 clove garlic
- 30 gram oil
- 1 carrot, julienne
- 100 grams Frozen sliced beans
- 100 grams Frozen Corn
- 1 cm Fresh Ginger - Peeled
- 70 grams Ayam Blackbean sauce
- 60 grams honey
- 1 Handful of cashews - optional
- 1 Bag of Hokkein Noodles
- 100 grams chopped bacon

Recipe's preparation
1/ Place hokkein noodles into Thermo Server.
2/ Boil jug and tip boiled water over the hokkein noodles.
3/ Place Thermo Server lid on Thermo Server to keep in heat.
4/ Chop garlic and ginger 5 sec/speed 6.
5/ Add oil and bacon, saute 1 min/100C/speed 2.
6/ Add Chicken, vegetables, black bean sauce and honey.
7/ Using Oven mitts, carefully place Thermo Server on top of mixing bowl lid.
8/ Cook 15 mins

9/ Once Thermomix is finished, carefully drain the hokkein noodles. Check to see if chicken is cooked through and add to drained hokkien in Thermo Server.
10/ Serve and place cashews on top for garnish.

Made this last night, was really yummy. I just used soy sauce instead of black bean, and i didn't have any cashews but still turned out fine. And made plenty of left overs.
