2 Cloves Garlic

30 grams Olive Oil

400 grams Diced Tomatoes

3 tablespoons Curry Powder - TM recipe

1 tablespoon Vegetable Stock - TM EDC recipe

700 grams Chicken Breast Fillets - cubed

1-2 MC Full Fat Cream or Coconut Cream

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put onion and garlic in TM bowl and chop 2 sec, speed 6. Scrape down side of bowl Add oil, cook onions and garlic 3min/varoma/speed 2.      Add 400g diced tomato, curry powder, stock,  and chicken, cook 20-25 mins/varoma/Gentle stir setting slow stir (spoon) REVERSECounter-clockwise operation.

    When the timer is down to 5 minutes left, add cream through the hole in lid.

    Place basket on top of TM bowl to stop sauce from splattering everywhere. Once cooked pour into thermoserver. Add  coriander leaves and place lid on thermoserver and let sit for 3 min before serving with white fluffy rice.

    delicious! I added a lump of fresh ginger at stage 1 but otherwise the recipe wasn't changed.  It's on my list of favorites now. tmrc_emoticons.)
