For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

This recipe is yum! I actually only made half as I was wanting something to take for lunch at work the next day and wanted to try this recipe. I really regret halving it now but as it was sooooo good. Can't wait to make again. Thanks Lisa!

This recipe is great. I'll definitely make it again. My zucchini & carrot weighed more than the recipe recommends, but it didnt alter the taste.
Just wondering if there is a way we can cook the pasta & heat the bbq chicken / combine with the sauce, to save dishes & time etc? Thanks
