      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Meatballs
  1. Place onion and parsley in mixing bowl and chop 10 seconds / speed 5

    Scrape down sides of bowl with spatula
  2. Add remaining ingredients (minus the oil) to bowl / Counter-clockwise operation 10 seconds / speed 4
  3. Roll mixture into 24 balls with your hands
  4. Lightly grease varoma dish and tray. With oiled hands shape into small balls and arranger them into varoma dish.

    Add 1000g water to bowl or you can make a tomato sauce and cook for 20 min/varoma/speed 1

    You can also fry the frikkadel on the stove in a oil.
