  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, Whole
  • 1 sprig rosemary, Fresh
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion, Small
  • 4 sprig parsley, Fresh
  • 1 carrot, Small
  • 500 gram mince beef
  • 1 egg
  • olive oil, for frying
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Recipe's preparation

    Hamburger
  1. Mill 1 teaspoon of Rock Salt and 1 teaspoon of whole black pepper for 45 seconds/Speed 9
  2. Chop 1 sprig of Rosemary (leaves removed from stalk, discard stalk), and 1 clove garlic 3 sec/Speed 7
  3. Chop 1 small carrot 5 sec/Speed 7
  4. Chop 1 small onion and 4 sprigs fresh parsley 3 sec/Speed 7
  5. Add 500g mince, 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard seeds and 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, mix Reverse/3 Min/Speed 1 or until combined.
  6. Form into patties/burgers, fry in oil until cooked. Serve in a bun, bread, whatever you feel like!

    Tastes awesome with any type of sauce!

    I have just deleted all my hamburger recipes! This recipe is the best. Tasty, moist and no BREAD. Just what I wanted being GF. Thanks for a great recipe. Yum. tmrc_emoticons.;) Cooking 6 Next time I'll only use half a teaspoon of salt as we are not big salt eaters.
