      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

These were very yummy, thanks for sharing.
Something went wrong with the breadcrumbs ( I used panko) and they didn't hold in the pan; I added an extra cup of it and an extra egg and the last batch held better while coocking them.
Also, next time I will leave the honey out because thay stick to the pan and burned badly. With all the other ingredients, they are sweet enough and lovely on their own with tomato sauce Wink

Delicious and simple to make - a winner with the family. I haven't changed my rissole recipe in a decade but  hidden veges are great for the kids.
