If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Add to bowl
500g Diced chicken, 1 Tblsp EVOO, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 40g Honey, 2 Tblsp Soy Sauce, 1/2 tsp salt to TM Jug
Blend 30 seconds/"Counter-clockwise operation" /Speed 5
Scrape down sides of bowl
Blend 10 sec/"Counter-clockwise operation" /Speed 5
Empty contents onto a large sheet of glad wrap and roll into a log, tying knots in the ends to hold securely.
1000g boiling water into TM jug
Secure Varoma on top and cook 30-35 mins/Varoma/Speed 3
Let cool slightly before slicing
